Replacements Policy

Euro Ceramica is dedicated to total customer satisfaction and committed to   providing our customers with products they can enjoy. Our Replacement   Policy  is available for products that arrive chipped, cracked or contain a   defect. Replacement requests must occur within 7 days of purchase or   delivery.

Replacement Process

Please send an email to replacement@euroceramicainc.com and include:

  • Item Number/UPC

  • Proof of Purchase [or] Gift Receipt

  • Clear Photo(s) of the Damaged Piece(s).

  • If multiple replacements are needed, all pieces should be pictured in one photo.

  • Your Name, Contact Number, and Mailing Address.

 Replacements will only be considered for items that are damaged   or defective and does not include ordinary production processes.Replacements-Returns

If you have purchased Euro Ceramica merchandise from another retailer,   please see their Replacements Policy. At this time, Euro Ceramica cannot accept replacement requests from outside  the United States.

 Returns Policy

At Euro Ceramica, we take great pride in the quality and artistry of our   collections and strive for complete customer satisfaction. We guarantee that   your package is carefully handled and inspected prior to shipment.

Upon receipt of merchandise, please inspect your products and notify us if   there is any damage. We can promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you; please see Replacements Policy. Euro Ceramica will pay return shipping   costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, is defective in any way or   is not the correct product that was ordered by the customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise   is new/unused, it may be returned with proof of purchase for a full refund of   the  merchandise value, not including shipping, within 30 days of receipt. The   customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer   desired.Once merchandise is used, returns/exchanges will no longer be accepted.
