As such, the Zanzibar Pie Dish is more than just bakeware – it's a statement piece for your kitchen, designed to deliver exceptional results while adding a pop of personality to your culinary creations.

RECIPE: A Zesty Key Lime Pie

Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 cups ground graham crackers (about 14 cracker sheets, crushed)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium Zanzibar mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and salt.
3. Stir in the ground graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed.
4. Pour the mixture into the Zanzibar Pie Dish and press firmly along the bottom and sides of the pan.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool to room temperature.

Filling:
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz. per can)
- 6 egg yolks
- ½ cup lime juice
- [OPTIONAL] Zest from 3-6 limes

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large Zanzibar mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks until light yellow and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
3. Gradually mix in the condensed milk, lime juice, and optional lime zest until lightly combined.
4. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Allow the pie to cool, then transfer it to the fridge for a few hours until the filling is firm.

Top your pie with dollops of whipped cream and a handful of fresh berries for a burst of color and flavor. And for an extra touch of elegance, garnish with a couple of sprigs of mint. Slice, serve, and savor the delightful taste of springtime with every bite!
